I have trained with Ross for a while now normally at Sporting Village in Basildon. With Covid19, today I had my first online training session. This was really good and was almost as good as a face to face session. In fact I'm thinking of making this format a regular thing. If you're not sure about this format, give it a try and you'll be surprised.

I haven’t posted on Facebook for nearly 5 years, but I wanted to break my silence in support of my Personal Trainer Ross Taylor PT. He is superb at what he does and is looking to find ways to keep his clients active during the current lockdown. Today we did a lunchtime PT session via Skype. I was in my garden in the sunshine whilst he was in his living room giving instructions, monitoring my technique, etc. The session was still as tough as they always are with him so there was no getting off lightly. Highly recommend him to anyone that’s considering PT. Also a big shout out to his wife Danielle Taylor who is also a PT.

When you can’t go to the gym, bring the gym to you!! Even had Ross Taylor PT with us via Skype!! If anyone is lacking motivation at the moment try online PT with Ross!! That’s gonna hurt tomorrow... Matthew Wilson 🙌🏼💪🏼👍🏼

The last two weeks or so have made me more aware of my physical health and mental well being. I will aim to undertake regular exercise at least 2-3 times a week and maybe focus on some home yoga. I really recommend my PT instructor Ross Taylor PT, who as set up a home work out/video system that seems to work really well and is a great way for anyone who sometimes lacks self motivation like myself!

Kalli and I just had a great PT session over Skype with Ross - it’s good to maintain our routine in these testing times!
Unfortunately it was just as hard as it is in the gym, so DOMS tomorrow... 😂
